An action/horror/vampire film,From Dusk Till Dawn is a new film from director Robert Rodriguez (El Mariachi, Desperado) and starring George Clooney and Quentin Tarantino. The screenplay was written by Quentin Tarantino based on a treatment (outline) by Robert Kurtzman, president of the F/X crew for both Reservoir Dogs and Pulp Fiction. Quentin was paid only $1500 for the writing of the script + F/X for Tarantino's aforementioned films. The film is being distributed by Miramax and Dimension Films and was released on January 19th, 1996.

Combining two classic film genres, that of the gangster film and the horror film, From Dusk Till Dawn is a brilliant new action/horror film from Tarantino and Rodriguez. Packed with hidden allusions to many other films, From Dusk Till Dawn is a action packed, fast talking, vamp killing film.
